THE WHOLE TRUTH IS WHAT HURTS

Consider:

Hundreds of millions of human beings are facing abortion due to the rapidly spreading world food crisis. We have created our worldwide, exploit all resources capitalist system, that helped the worlds population grow bigger than ever in developing countries. Corporate strip mega farming and low food prices drove many of the worlds agricultural workers to teeming cities. Those left behind must struggle anyway they can.

For some time this seemed manageable. Unlike what many a modern man or woman would like to think of themselves, they benefit greatly via corporate farming around the globe, off of much of the rest of the worlds cheep labor, and now displaced and starving citizens.

Well, in China, India, and other very large population centers, a growing middle class is exploding the desire to be like us in the west, which we long insisted they should be. More of everything, but most importantly regarding food energy resources, more meat eating.

More meat means that grain is now tossed to cattle for that 3 to one weight conversion. That yummy 16 ounce steak took three times as much in corn or soy, meaning for that ever expanding mass of humanity, that much less expensive food for the tables of the poor. Along with rapidly expanding ethanol production, those who profit off of speculating on grains or many other resource commodities, will have no problem finding a great big steak tonight. But their actions, along with the above pressures, are putting food beyond the budgets of hundreds of millions. But do not worry over it, lack of a sense of responsibility, endemic to conservatism, will provide ample excuse for ignoring these issues as long as we can. The often result of this escapism will be epidemics of disease, political stress and conflict, and of course, aborted lives.

The system and policies we directly profit form are pushing millions toward starvation, disease and death, while conservatives divert attention to straight on might makes right defense, against that world so many of them enjoy exploiting. But you will not find all but the most misanthropic giving themselves a “high five” over it. Instead, this horrible news will be kept off the front pages, while a whole industry of denial and obfuscation emerges to excuse the facts from any responsibilities over here. Conservatism is the perfect escapist camp, others out there are most always the source of all problems, the economic and other power relations of the world are considered off topic unless they threaten our brands of opportunism.

The get rich by getting big industry derived off of insecure human egos, has pushed earth resources to the breaking point. We all are involved with the creation of these issues, but you can rest assured; conservatism will have none of it. It will blame the poor, the starving, or their governments. What will be the charge? That those nations do not submit to our institutions or act just like we do enough. Making it all conveniently someone else’s problem in their mind. That serpentine temptation of cognitive dissonance, allowing the separation and alienation of humankind in the minds of these “have’s”, requires the establishment of “It’s not our fault” consciousness. Then one can proudly keep the guilt off greed and gluttony’s influence on humankind, and the planet we all live on.

It is no surprise, for those responsibility in denial rationalizations we have heard, describe pollution, global warming, food crisis etc, as being the inventions of alarmist pro government regulation liberals. Deregulation of the oil industry is believed to have currently increased the price we all pay by 25-50%. We can see why they do not like governmental regulation; the worlds plundering is slowed down considerably. And if you are a conservative fan, you do not care that your increased oil and gas cost passed on to all sectors of society are coming out of your own pockets as well. Maybe you have those oil stocks?

THE GREAT DENIAL

I will not be a surprise to hear the ever righteous and full of themselves conservatives, shake their distant from their heart heads regarding the worlds critical food shortages and what that means for the future. They will not even care how many Americans go to bed hungry. Does their demonic liberal Main Stream Media endlessly harangue them about hunger and pollution? Not the many channels I receive, except responsible ones show the problems, like Link TV or even PBS, but then, many conservatives know to avoid such bleeding heart “propaganda”.

Conservatives cannot see the contradictions in their thinking since reality is in many fundamental way reversed for them. Critical thinking is considered the providence of liberal elites, who are demonized as being all above regular folks. Deceptive tricks such as reality reversals are a hallmark of the deceptive logic matrix many conservatives rely on to feel what is right and what is wrong. True fact can seem like deception to them. They are in a cult of perception.

These conservatives require the world to be divided up and estranged to keep any deep sense of responsibility of their own actions sufficiently distant from them. They can then be those successful and happy campers many of them claim to be, in their walled in achievement worlds. They can go to church, some of them, and hear all the bad morals that liberalism allegedly promotes, then go home, perhaps watch the game, cheering on their imaginary hero’s.

It is good being an American. All is indeed well with the world. Problems are someone else’s inventions, obviously. The presumed (I’m being generous over their actual motives) unconscious exploiters need institutions in place to rationalize their power applied to others. It is necessary then, to demonize government which attempted to hold those using and benefiting the most from our culture, to do their duty and take some responsibility for those left behind, and collateral damage to the environment that they have created in the wake of their big gains for themselves. Not surprising that in conservative consciousness, certain abstractions are taken in a being true to themselves, yet somehow, unworthy of including others; because they are different.

It is understandable, from both cognitive dissonance mandates, and refusal to accept the consequences of their own actions and ensuing responsibilities, that conservatives must have a divided world, with many tiered “us” and “against us” is an imperative. When the “blowback” of worldwide anger, resentment and shock emerges at much of these Americans imperial arrogance (often in our name), a seeming contempt for full knowledge appears, and a profound aloofness to consequence from the entire planet. These right wing reactions seem a mark of pride for many of them. World reaction will be received by conservatives as hostile (anti-American), and not the kind of honest feedback it actually in part represents. Conservatives are out to destroy honest but contrary emotions of others that reflect badly on their own behaviors. They are denial incarnate.

ENEMIES OUT AND ENEMIES IN

Conservatism in the US, has many cult like self ostracism’s needing to be in place towards the rest of society as well. For any wealth and privilege to exist, those without’s, to assuage conscience, must be lowered as human beings in conservative mindsets, hence all the “intellectual elite’s” and “latte drinking” or a few years back, “Cadillac driving” welfare recipients.

Conservatism is separation based, not acknowledging the vast and infinite connections all things are forever held in. In their outside-in, inside-out consciousness, they can divide up souls, divide up land, divide up Creation. They are themselves abstracted in consciousness, beyond the real world of relationship, angry and defensive about those bells that ring in their minds and hearts at times, indicating that everything is connected as One.

They do not feel the immersing connectivity to all things. They are naturally defensive and protective of the illusory turf they claim in their identity and try to assume on earth. In the nation box/nationalism, and other identity boxes such as religion/their brand, conservatism isolates human consciousness from the connection and the diversity of life being manifest. Thus critical thinking must be imputed by conservatism, other brands of logic or assumption are inserted over in context cause and effect reason. Then ideas are instituted to circle back to conservative presumptions, proving the end fact actually before evidence was called upon to rightly be judged in its entirety. This is the circular logic mind control tactic’s used throughout history to control the logically less sophisticated.

Religious proselytizers, sent out to convert the naive, have all these thought control weapons at their disposal. The same to some extent with politics. They are in the position to “logically” razzle dazzle the unprepared. Many are converted to ideological prisons by this concerted effort to overwhelm the naive. Later, often when it is too late, due to family or other immersion into the group, one is stuck into the circular logic lullaby, unable to critically think, and often made fearful of questioning or contrary thinking at all. Critical thinking becomes called the work of the devil.

Conservatism has held this same mind control effort toward liberalism, even to the extent that certain preachers have been called out by right wing interest to renounce the demonic liberal notions that the earth is under our stewardship, so pollution is something to control. We have conservative Christians, that seemingly while saying praise Jesus, are anti the liberal teaching of Christ.

Having erected walls against humanity inside their own consciousness, the false gods of wealth, status or power, a delusional so called value or moral crusade is designed to entice a sense of responsibility and action in the world to the naive. However, the action is directed away and at others, not inward to the separated hearts and minds of conservatism, where it actually needs to be for just reckoning to occur. Instead of a true responsibility towards their own actions that seemingly stand in utter ignorance of the interconnectedness and interrelatedness of all living processes on earth, wedge issues convey a false sense of moral superiority and goodness. The economic issues of exploitation in the world can actually seem to them, in their cognitive dissonant state, as fine, not my problem. Thus those problems are only the doing’s of someone wanting something for nothing, or other projected self devaluation on human life’s that seem contrary to their own boxed in world view.

So it is with self assured purified ideological piety, and the seeming sound confidence of standing up for ones way of life and tradition, that minds are seduced into their own sphere like bubbles of belief, unfettered by actual world realities and consequence. Instead, backed by the implied stupidity of hubris and misplaced introverted pride, they shake their finger at the world, along with any who suggest that reality is indeed, an intertwined and inseparable commodity itself, that is not cut into convenient pieces to be ignored.

KEEP REAL TRUTH AT BAY; INSERT NEW IDEOLOGICAL THEORY AS TRUTH

A manifold attack is underway this election season in the USA. Introverted identity paradigms of defense from a hostile world, and so called moral righteousness, will swing into action to stop that inevitable reaper, known as cause and effect, from bringing actual truth in context to the conservative followers. That lazy arrogance in trusting their ideological security blankets (such as Jingoist “patriotism”), handed to them by the superiority complex of their subjective imposed comfort zones, will give them the knowing of rightness in their critically thinking impaired minds.

Be they actually running from the fear of selfish loss, by perpetually seeking to preserve their own private wealth, status, or the false pandering promotion, that knowing Jesus somehow guarantees one from creations ongoing consequences, liberal suggestions of change and inclusion of others and such, will be seen as weakness, instead of the only inherently wise way to know something in reality now that it is.

Stupefied reaction to such a statement as I just made may well be; “Would you have agreed to just talk to Hitler!”. That out of historical context, mind numbing conclusion, logical to their not nuanced capabilities, is just the kind of talk we have heard over and over, seemingly from conservatives in both parties. They seem intentionally stunted in their ability to reason beyond the sure ad-hominem prepackaged list of talking-points they always have for the intensely naive.

It is shocking, in a world of depleting resources, massive hunger, and a worldwide environmental crisis, that conservative followers will not see how those wedge issues I have alluded to in part, are designed to seduce them into stupidity; a willful ignorance of the worlds actual relationships. Saber rattling, more us vs them matrixing to tribalize identity into seeing cooperation and compromise, or even listing to ones so called adversaries, as some obvious weakness or giving in, when it is likely the only sane way out for everyone.

DIVIDE TO KEEP CONQUERED

Conservatism’s nature is to polarize, no matter how many wonderful abstractions are thrown around for the reactionary mentality to gawk at and feel all righteous about. In America, (though both main political parties are highly compromised, in what they actually claim to stand for, by secretive associations with wealthy interest), there is no mistaking that the proudly conservative party is the most completely deluded and dangerous to the historic legacy of America’s promise of “We the People”, with its inclusive and whole self definition.

The conservatives current reckless adventures in the world, which they claim should be beyond criticall thinking, only to be seen positively, is classic cult-think. It is no surprise that the laws on the land and of common decency are cavalierly violated by those who see themselves as the sole hereditary heirs to the great American commons. Proud and bold in their delusions, nothing has proved sacred as pertaining to the public at large. Any excuse laced with the poison pill of fear, is used as rationalizations to call abominations such as torture, not torture. Or CO2 emissions, not part of the global meltdown.

Once again, the arts and sciences of blame and denial are the conservatives expertise. Unfortunately for the future of our great nation to remain a beacon of anything but dominating the planet for wealth’s greed, the public must awake to their responsibility to think for themselves before it is too late. Yet each and every election, we see the big gains negative advertising has for those willing to bring the nations dialogue into the mud.

The negative campaigning has been applied unrelentingly from conservatives for some time. This insecurity mongering is not conservatism shame, it was said best once that “They know not what they do.”. It is the responsibility of the rest of us to get on the ball. To not take the political attitude manipulations commercials promote as anything resembling the actual truth. We must evaluate temperaments, policy, party loyalty above We the People, and claims to be for America when the consequences we are now facing is full of evidence that many politicians are just in it for themselves. We need to connect the reality dot’s, commercials are not how this is done.

Our vote is always being counted by what we agree with, and if that agreement is actually in alignment with universal truth. To have any chance of discerning that, we must take little from politicians at face value. We must demand explanations as to the logic of their policy and how it actually impacts relationships beyond that subject. Conservatism believes it can “get away with” being separate from reality, and the scientific (God mandated) laws of cause and effect in relationship.

For the world to survive and have a chance to put these separation identities and small world views behind it, it needs to wake up and smell the connections. We are, wherever we are, not outside of Life, but all in this Life citizenship together. It is time to start acting like we know it.

The 2008 Campaign

Amazing how the fear and loathing machinery works, and all the ready and wiling shills to distribute the end product.

On my tag surfer, I just encountered off the hinge anti Obama reasoning clothed in the appearance of objectivity. This post will be about the emotionally disturbed “reasoning” that comes to revolve around politics, but particularly the right wing with its disrespect for reality and scientific objectivity. There is a psychological reason why ad-hominem emotional “connections” and paranoiac “proofs” proliferate in the right wing blogosphere.

With society broadly reduced to extreme emotional reasoning for direction (ex. cable news coverage of politics), rather than that of long term policy repercussions, do not be surprised to have the candidates both rendered relative to personality types, then evaluated on if they are the type you would like. This opens that subjective preference window, where candidates can be called “aloof”, “old” or some other derogatory intonation, as if that is how to judge a president. Suddenly, were one stands on the profound issues of the day drifts away, and we wonder who is more like daddy, or one we would rather have a beer with. Diversion Accomplished!

THE LURE OF THE DISTURBED FORCE TO THE POLITICAL RUBIKS SUGAR CUBE

I, and about, oh, a million or 10 million others, knew well before hand what this election would boil down to in the end; insecurity, fear and a trust of the coin, instead of profound policy interest. But first let me mention a few things of perspective to create the base of the viewpoint I am arguing for.

On the one hand this presidential election, there will be hope for many of those who feel they have not been heard in America. These are the people who hear politicians tell them over and over, election after election, about change that suggest there is hope to address their intransigent problems. They have heard this for decades.

This season, some of these citizens are quite sure they have someone they can once again trust, and much because of his appearance, and also that some of his beliefs seem to have been correct in the long term. For many, he represents a return to liberalism’s core values of respect and decency for all, regardless of hereditary or other preexisting endowments. Some of us may feel he is quite naive, while others believe a fresh new inclusive approach would serve America best.

It will remain to be seen if these belief’s are correct, as it is for any political individual once into the Chief Executive institutional office. It is good to suggest that some presidents might actually try to represent all the people, and not just their base. Recently this hope has proved to be quite wishful thinking.

WHEN RIGHT IS WRONG

I feel the “conservative” party hardly needs a place check for their candidate, since they will end up actually representing the interest they are bought and paid to do–select groups that feel they are entitled to America (and the world), period, and do not care at all for the rest of us. From the deceptions perpetrated on Iraq, to Katrina, and endless tax breaks for the very rich while infrastructures (social and material) collapse, and the constitution crumbles; these are the history of my proof. They require another candidate to assure their elite base that policies of the oligarchy will continue as usual, selling the taxpayers down the drain, keeping us seduced by fear of one kind or another all along the way.

They need a population under much stress to achieve basic survival goals, and a population beyond the pale of a kind of cognitive dissonance endemic to the entitled. That the US is 5% of the population and uses 25% of energy is off their radar. That big internationalized business is encouraged, in the cancer philosophy of constant expansion, to induce the rest of the planet to follow suit, requires the denial of pollution and other damage to the planetary commons such as global warming.

We all pay for the consequence of the delusions foisted upon us by this blind following the blind fear and insecurity train. The conservative mantra of these types, is to always blame the cautionary messengers, deny the science (hire scientist to impute prevailing theories of cause and effect), and seduce the population to embrace a dominator/materialist philosophy regardless of consequence.

Conservatives always hold someone else responsible first for all problems. They thrive off of traditional violent crime fear, and now terrorism fear. As in the Iraq invasion, fear makes the whole nation susceptible to false claims; shooting first and asking questions later. We no longer have the protection afforded by an independent and free press. We the people, have been intellectually disarmed through manipulations of both theory and fact.

TO DIVIDE THEM IS TO OWN THEM

Generally though, the nation fares much better under “liberal” Democrats, no matter where you stand economically. But if you are trapped in an ideological tangent, or are seduced into one of its whirlpools by wedge issue stimulated insecurities, liberals and liberalism are the Frankensteinian ugly monster lurching everywhere behind the nations woodwork come election time.

Oddly for these, even when their economically elite side has built up a gross economic advantage, and an ideological driven divide and conquer machinery that far surpassed the influence of hodgepodge liberal organizations in effectiveness, these people still always seem to be under siege. Or perhaps more correctly, like the mindset that nurtures fear, suspicion and paranoia by the under siege mentality.

They require the philosophical “threat” presumed intrinsic to liberal institutions, if not real, then at least imagined to be so pervasive. Liberal bi-coastal “elites”, apparently European like “intellectuals” (not like average American folks!), and that all powerful juggernaut known as the Liberal Media, or Main Stream Media. This represents the perpetual whining grounds of right wing ideologues. Again. They need to nurture fear and loathing. If this is achieved by fact or fiction makes little difference. “What works” is what counts in this competition mindset made to order for Rovian burn the bridges cult-think. It is why fact, as well as contrapuntal theories, are demeaned or exiled from the ruling “conservative” ideological fantasy’s world view.

THE NEW SAME OLD SAME OLD

All cultures have the “haves” and varying degrees of the “have not’s”. These days these are mostly economic, but also tribal-ideological-neospiritual. Staus quo power groups have tended to associate, and to some extent mix their goals to bind their privilege and their power to entrenched institutional advantage. Since a free press as well as democratic institutions such as elections require an inherently liberal platform to thrive and be truly realized, they then pose a kind of constant systemic threat to these oligarchical like societal manipulators.

Fortunately for these wealthy and influential power groups, their advantage gives them an ever increasing advantage, and yet they can use the language of freedom and liberty to stealthily hide their own usurpation of freedom and liberty, perhaps the paradox that will kill true democracy. By relativizing the abstractions, they can argue for a bias to their favor in most all aspects of life, then complain endlessly through media institutions and their vast array of status quo conservative interest think tanks and escapist egomaniacs, to fund a constant attack on the rights of the commons.

EVERYTHING IS EVERYTHING

The commons is both our earth and all societal relationships. It’s attackers constantly erect walls and barriers in the commons to secure their own advantage over the rest of civilization. They can then declare there is no commons, as if standing against the oneness of the universe itself. To these interest, the liberal institutions of freedom and democracy, those of “We the People”, were an obstacle to deconstruct or render mute in time. As far as a liberal media; the fourth estate was established under free speech protection to be intrinsically liberal in nature. Not just giving the Kings, the Popes, or any other privilege controlling access that would thus stifle descent.

We hardly hear of the issues of the poor or disadvantaged anymore, because the “have” class doesn’t like to hear of it. Mentioning its existence has been called invoking class warfare, as if the truth itself hurts their view. They likely feel guilty, and if not, should, for the contempt for the commons is itself self defeating.

For those who lack health care, for instance, and keep getting antibiotics to treat infections for teeth and whatnot. Those disease resistant bacteria will come back to haunt the rich as well, as their own children might fall terminally ill one day to come. Somehow, the organisms will miss the notions of separation and denial. They will be equal opportunity employers. The ranting Jingoist like ravings over the “nanny state” will come to look like stupidity distilled as each blowback arrives.

The haves can blame the poor as always. Their party will also not be held accountable for all its opposition to basic health care for all as a human right as well. No matter what ideology or contempt for others one erects, what goes around will come around. All things are as one. Creation can not actually be parted out and removed from the cause and effects within the universe.

Not gravity, diseases, nor truth stops short for anyone. However, this fundamental truth will not be discussed much in an escapist corporate for sale media, which is inherently wed to corporate security interest against the average citizen. (Unbelievably short sighted!) But the fear and insecurity endemic to greed and “having it all” is its bread and butter. The populations will, as they are now, be encouraged to ignore the plights of the world, but to instead, look to how you can secure your own private good life. A life of pleasant and comfortable denial and unconscious disadvantage to the soul.

THE ABSTRACT POISON PILL DOES KILL

Just as in the beginning of the Iraq war one could hear from average citizens that they supported it because “They had attacked us!”, now, as on my blog tag surfing, one hears Obama spelled Osama, and much “Hussein” innuendo to blur who is who. But the disingenuously assembled “reason” does not just stop at that. On the right wing faux news TV show, someone commentating suggested it would be good if Osama and Obama were eradicated.

It is frightening to see how disassociated from reality many of the current “conservative” pundits and sycophants are, or are presumed to be by their articles. Unfortunately, I find lots of such corrupted ad-hominen evidence in bloggers who are claiming to be objective. With list “documented” of all the people Obama, or who this person called Osama, allegedly had killed. Someone is seriously suggesting Barack is a serial killer Islamisist, and of course throw in; an accomplice to the 9-11 hijackers in the same piece.

Once one steps off the reality boat, jumping off the plank, the ocean of illusions and fantasy knows no bounds. But the objective of the post is clearly to sow fear and paranoia, since elections can come down to a decision over doubts and trust for many in the end. Then, presumably this year, the hero John McWayne comes in to clear things up and let us get back to shopping and blaming liberals for all of life’s ills. Unbelievably demented, but we must believe the intents of fear mongering and unfounded allegations (including swiftboating tactics) to know the nature of deceptions rampant on the right.

COME FULL CIRCLE TO COMPLETE THE CIRCULAR REASONING MATRIX

We are faced with the imposed dichotomy of the open world view vs the closed. The haves vs the have not’s. Us vs Them. The closed world views of conservatism, in the reactionary fundamental sense of that idea, push away new or contrary evidence to established theory, or assumed fact. This has become the false self centered bastion of materialistic individualism, where freedom is mostly a doing what I want regardless of others or other beliefs.

A basic disconnect towards “others” or strangers, separation identity truncates self awareness and a sense of place in a diverse and changing world. The psychotic like mental aberrations and inbred contempt for critical thinking, seem the staple of some who refuse to recognize their own dependence on all things great and small. The resulting self delusional contempt for others and the commons, is a kind of self loathing spewed out into the world. This in part creates the basis for the delusion that problems are that external worlds fault, while petty or no self evaluation toward objectivity is encouraged or required. Now “scape goats” and “whipping boys” stand in to be blamed for the lack of self honesty and demonic like projections toward target groups of strange or alien others.

What is called cognitive dissonance, is a self balancing phenomenon that helps the individual “live” with her/himself amidst contradictory self perceptions. For some, if acting selfish but with a self image of a caring person, ones own selfishness is denied, yet this “lie”, not being acknowledged, seems to induce one to persecute the “liars” out in the world. One then can seem to be a good and decent person, but be angry over the deceptions others seem to have that are similar.

The so called “sins of the fathers” reproduce themselves until they are resolve with conscious enlightenment. Some spiritual traditions do know this, as do psychological theories. But for politics, some use this phenomenon as a base to garner votes, in effect, attempting to preserve dysfunctional unawareness indefinitely. This denial psychology is a staple of life on the right.

Whether it is division by race, sex, religion, cultural taste etc, we have the fuel put into the ad hominem fire that drives this engine of contempt on the right. That the world of humankind by nature requires inclusion, not exclusion, is not even on their radar. They see only us and them. They do not see that exclusion is both delusional, oppressive and will inevitably produce conflict and destruction. The divisiveness of nurtured fear and paranoia is antithetical to democracy and socially responsible freedom and liberty. Freedom and liberty can only exist truly under responsibilities umbrella.

THE TRUTH OF CONNECTION

I cannot be free or have the liberty, for instance, to fly panes into buildings. That “freedom” embodies an obvious perverse “responsibility”(self sacrifice for?), and was the fodder for a maniacs desire for revenge. It was what evil is; a manifestation of separation and alienation, manipulated and run amok. Yet, responsibility knows no bounds as well. I also must be held accountable for my own pollution, or exploitation of another’s situation to my own benefit. To not understand that responsibility is all inclusive as well, is to be an escapist from ones true self and your full and whole nature here in Life.

Liberalism is by definition “open ended” for a reason; presumably to let in new evidence and new found proven “truths” into the equations of life and living. Of course it is not perfect at this, and exit under unrelenting objection by those who feel only their way is right, so all other ideas must be in error or wrong.

Overall, conservatism is locked down and in, it tends to be dominated by a fear based “circular reasoning”, where the conclusion is proven by the premise, so no new information is required in for the true believers. This is a mind trap of exclusion. The trouble with that, so evidenced in our recent history is; we never know everything, not for absolute certainty. When I say I do, I am telling life, or the new, or the different, no thank you. I am fine as I am. You keep out of me. And that my fellow Americans is a delusion, because all things are both interconnected and interrelated. To not acknowledge that, and the mandates and responsibilities it entails; like the “Golden Rule” or the Categorical Imperative, is to slap Life, Reality, or is it all God, right in the Face.

You basically have a matrix of the common human theme; The haves and the have not’s. If one wonders why our two party system seems like two sides of the same coin, exactly. The coin rules.

These days the objective is to blur actual boundaries, while in reality strengthening class distinctions. Money does its subtle but sure maneuvering of consciousness. With materialism and technology as the cultural paradigm, why one needs money not only to survive but to keep up relevance in an evolving technology, which mandates its own obsolescence.

This race to keep up is an antagonist to freedom and equality, though those concepts can be interpreted, like many things, to ones own philosophical inclinations. Some might see health car as a fundamental human right that should not depend on income–a part of freedom and equality. While someone else sees a compromise in character development in helping another in fundamental ways. To them, one is free to earn their health care in an equal way as everyone else.

We can cruse down left and right channels and see the same concepts held up as sacred but for entirely differing points of view. I submit that most politic exist because ignorance and stupidity (the unwillingness to emotionally and or spiritually advance) exist, and any of us can be proud and righteous to proclaim our subjective weight keeping our view down on whole systems and relationships. This self truncating of ones own point of view is the fuel for much political consternation. Opportunist use these differences of comprehension to prop up their stature as relative/reactive true believers, while the honest to goodness truth is not particularly pursued at all.

This whole division of red and blue is a manifestation of the ongoing attempt of the haves to seduce enough of those left wanting, to believe it is essentially the have not’s that are the source of problems here and in the world, and not the powerful few. So, notions of blame and failure are cast upon unwanted poorness. This is primitive behavior, but it is alive and very well in the opportunist driven world. Opportunist and dominator’s need the shield of numbers in many countries as the bottom line of defense. Of course, the powerful tend to own the establishments of the military and police in many communities, their loyalty to organized power structures and not to the general populations, except by convoluted rationalization.

Once again, that bottom line of the coin as the symbol of survival, and not love. The battle over human consciousness boils down to us and them. An attempt to drive lives by fear, and not the connection of caring for all things great and small. As it will be in the coming election in the US, the population will undergo a concerted effort to produce fear one way or another and cause the lizard brain to decide for us. In order to keep subjugated, liberty and justice for all.
